Grievance Redressal Policy

How to raise a complaint or grievance with Quick Money — and escalate it if it isn't resolved.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Grievance Redressal Policy ("Policy") sets out the single, consolidated mechanism by which you can raise a complaint or grievance relating to the Quick Money Platform, the Services, your loan, or the processing of your personal data. It is issued by Qicky Globaltech Private Limited ("Quick Money", the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U66190MH2025PTC464463 and registered office at A/702, Akshita Avenue, Holy Cross Road, Borivali West, IC Colony, Mumbai City, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400103.

This Policy is designated pursuant to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), and the RBI Guidelines on Digital Lending dated 2 September 2022, as amended ("RBI Digital Lending Guidelines"). It supplements, and forms part of, the Company's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, each of which is published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and those documents on a grievance-redressal matter, this Policy shall govern.

2. What This Policy Covers

You may raise a grievance under this Policy in respect of, among other things:

  • The Platform, the App, the Website, or any Service made available through them;
  • A loan application, sanction, disbursal, servicing, recovery or collection conducted by our Lending Partner (whether or not through the Company as its LSP);
  • Fees, charges, or the accuracy of your Key Fact Statement ("KFS") or loan documents;
  • A refund or cancellation request;
  • The collection, use, sharing, storage or retention of your personal data, or the exercise of your rights under the Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act (access, correction, erasure, nomination, or withdrawal of consent);
  • A suspected security incident, data breach, or unauthorised access to your account; and
  • Suspected fraud, including any communication falsely claiming to represent Quick Money or Ruloans Financial Private Limited.

3. Step 1 — Quick Money Grievance Redressal Officer

5. Step 3 — RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme

If, after following Step 2(a)–2(c) above, your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, or you do not hear back from the Lending Partner within 30 (thirty) days from the date of first lodging the complaint — or, equally, if your grievance against the Company under Step 1 above is unresolved after 30 days — you may escalate it to the Reserve Bank of India under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021:

You do not need to have first exhausted every channel above before approaching the RBI Ombudsman if 30 days have elapsed since you first raised the grievance with us or with the Lending Partner.

6. Data Protection Board of India

If your grievance relates specifically to the processing of your personal data and is not resolved to your satisfaction under Step 1 above, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India, in the manner prescribed under the DPDP Act, once the Board's complaint-filing mechanism is operational and notified by the Government of India.

7. Consumer Protection Forums

Nothing in this Policy affects your right to approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, at any stage, including your right to seek redressal at the place where you reside or work, regardless of any dispute-resolution or arbitration clause in the Terms and Conditions.

8. Reporting Fraud and Cyber Crime

The Company does not provide any personal bank account or personal UPI ID/URL for payment of your dues, and never asks you to settle a loan by paying into a personal account. If you receive any communication purporting to be from Quick Money or Ruloans Financial Private Limited that asks you to make such a payment, please:

  • Do not make the payment;
  • Report it immediately to the Grievance Officer at durwang@quick.money; and
  • Report it to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at https://cybercrime.gov.in or the national cyber-crime helpline 1930, and to your local police.

9. Related Policies
